If you have a dog that goes outside, AT ALL, you have to have this towel. It is truly great for wiping off everything from morning dew to mud and full rain-soaked coats. It washes well, too.

I agree that these are great towels, for dogs or for humans. I wouldn't buy this particular one again, though. Once it's at all damp, it bleeds red/pink dye on everything it touches. (Thank goodness I don't have a white dog!) I like this product, but wouldn't get another red one. I actually like the waffle weave (human)version the best.

Great towel- Our dog loves it. She used to hate being dried and fight us but now I think she actually enjoys it. She enjoys the towel like it is a massage or something. This makes it easier on us to finish the bathing process.

I got addicted to this brand of microfiber towel and I'm not going back to lame old terrycloth. The 'human' bath towels are all lame colors though so I got one of these in a nice red. Otherwise this item is indistinguishable from the 'human' towel I use on my hair.
Particularly excellent for those with limited range of motion or weak arms, as the towel is lightweight and easy to manuver. My aged mother loves hers too.
