This glove is effective at removing hair from my cats. They enjoy it more than a brush, and it seems to remove more hair than brushing. Its also takes less time to brush.

I've tried lots of other brushes but the cat (she has long hair and needs daily brushing) hated them all. She was usually good for 30 seconds tops with other brushes. She really likes this though, since she thinks being brushed with it is like being petted. I guess the only thing that would be an improvement would be both left and right hand versions of the glove.

I just don't know about this Love Glove thing yet.br /I was a groom for horses for a long time, and used a similar item on them and they seemed to love it and get shiny. This one seems to freak my new mutt, JoJo out, rather rapidly. I don't know if it's due to the evil evil clown red and white coloring or the time of day I'm attempting the currying (about the time he's worn us both out)..br /At any rate, I'm not about to give out on the device. I've already spent money on plush toys he's destroyed, so this item is going to stay well beyond his destructive reach and will hopefully come in "handy" in the not too distant future!!br /BEK
