UNBELIEVABLE- AWESOME - PRODUCT February 1, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Our dog would not go up the steps for years, we just thought it was because she fell down them once and it scared her; we took her in for a normal check-up and mentioned it to the vet and he found her knee popped out when she bent it, bad arthritis and swelling. So he recommended starting her on Glyco-Flex III, approximately two weeks later I was cleaning the upstairs and I turned around and there she was. She had come up the stairs by herself. We went on a five day vacation and forgot to bring the Glyco-Flex III with us and by day three she got really down and would not play or climb any stairs again. When we got home we started her back on the Glyco-Flex III again and with in five days she was energetic and climbing stairs again. I'm a firm believer in this product. It is worth every dollar!! A MUST TRY!!!

My 10 year old German-Shepherd mix has had arthritis since puppyhood, and has always walked with a limp on her left front leg. As she grew older, she blew out both knees (2 TPLO surgeries), and developed arthritis in her hips, pelvis, both knees, left elbow and her ankles. We've tried most of the products out there over the years, and I never saw a difference in her walk.br /br /Finally, last year, the surgeon who did her most recent knee surgery suggested we try GlycoFlex III. After about 3 weeks, for the first time in her life, she was walking without a limp. I had to ask friends to watch her walk and tell me if she was limping because I couldn't believe it could be true.br /br /We started out with 2 tablets a day, but now she gets one in the evening and 1/2 in the morning. She doesn't particularly like to eat them, so I break them up into her dinner and breakfast.br /br /Amazon has the best price I've seen on GlycoFlex III, anywhere.

Have been giving this product to our dog for about a month now and it seems to be helping. She still has some tenderness in her rear leg or hip, but hopefully that will be taken care of with continual use of this product.
Love it, love it, love it! October 18, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Between arthritis and the two knee surgeries she had several years ago, our 11 year-old lab is now really showing her age. About two years ago, the vet recommended glucosamine. Glyco-Flex 3 has been the best thing we've found yet. It has slowed the progression of her arthritis dramatically. Extra bonus: buying through Amazon is a lot cheaper than other sources. Another recommendation--for dogs who can't eat the hard tablets, Synovi G3 soft chews. A very similar formulation, a bit more expensive, but equally effective.

My english setter who will be 15 years old next month, and who is also blind now has been on Glyco-Flex III for her arthritis about five years now. I tried another product and the results were awful, she went back to limping and having trouble getting up after a nap but back on the Glyco-Flex she gets outside for a walk and even runs (lopes) a few yards and that lets me know she feels good.
