The product is advertised as being soft, but some of them are quite hard. There appears to be a manufacturing/distribution problem. Quality product, none the less. My bulldogs love them.

My yorkie loves this product. I want to say one thing. Why do some bags contain very hard sausages? My yorkie will not eat these hard one. He only eats the soft sausages.
You claim you have old/used products. In the future, please only send me new and fresh products. Please.
