Great product ridiculous directions April 20, 2008
Picked the cage up from the terminal yesterday.br /br /The Teamsters and the Carrier company would only bring it to the end of the truck and I would have to figure out how to get 367 lbs off the truck with no help from the driver (against union regulations) and go from there. br /br /Instead I borrowed a pickup truck and went to the terminal and they loaded it in the bed of the pickup with their forklift which was the way to go.br /br /The cage is well made, and we are delighted with that but the directions are of virtually no help.br /br /You get one sheet that looks like it has been photocopied about 155 times, and after a while we just discarded them and used logic to put it together.br /br /Took about an hourbr /br /There is no excuse when you are paying this much for an item for the directions to be this poor.br /br /How expensive would it be to do it right???br /br /It would take 15 minutes and you only have to do it once!!br /br /But as you see I still give the product 4 stars as it is just what we wanted and the cockatoo loves itbr /br /br /Gary Hutchinson
