It's covered by RoamEO's 1-year warranty. Customer Reviews: Impressive bit of technology   November 22, 2008 We have a dog who lives to run as fast as she can. The best place for her to safely do this is in a nearby forest. But we have had a few situations where she scents a deer and off she goes. A nerve wracking time follows till she makes it back. Hence the collar. We were worried it would be too bulky or wouldn't work in the woods. But it is perfect; the collar fits well, and the device communicates beautifully even in dense vegetation. It is a breeze to use; the screen is clear and easy to read. An added benefit is the ability to draw a 'fence' around the location of our truck so we can find our way back to that as well.
