Customer Reviews: Okay product, BAD Customer Service   February 18, 2008  2 out of 2 found this review helpful The dog coat itself is okay, however the measurements are off. I ordered a medium and even though I measured my dog from neck to tail, the coat was much shorter than advertised. My real beef is with Pets Pro Shop who sells the item. They have not responded to any of my emails about exchanging the coat for the correct size. They've ingored me completely. I suggest Do Not Buy from this Retailer.
