The bed was exactly as described. I bought this as a "welcome" gift for my niece's new puppy. Wanted something that would be thick and keep it's shape and it looks like it will hold up well. It's only been about a month since it was purchased and the puppy is still growing, so time will tell. It did take about a month before the product arrived, however. That part was a bit frustrating, but e-mail correspondence was generated by the supplier that kept me updated without having to send any inquiries so that made the waiting period bearable. I would definitely purchase products from this supplier again.
