 "MADE IN CHINA" - No thanks May 7, 2008

Until I have been assured and convinced that my trust will not be violated again, I will not consume anything from China and neither will my critter companions.
And while I'm mentioning it, I recommend against purchasing pet food from dollar type stores also (note that virtually all of it comes from China too). Our furry loved ones depend on us to take the greatest care in what we put in their bowl.
 Healthy Dog Treats April 11, 2008
I bought these treats at Target in Virginia last year. My dog, a basset hound, loved them. Since we live in Germany and have a US military mailing address, I decided to order them on-line. Unfortunately, when items aren't mailed USPS, they can't be sent here. So I sent them to a US address and had family forward them. Though a hassle, the large size lasts quite awhile. In fact, my dog's currently "off" the treats and leaves them lying around the house. I expect he'll soon be eating them again.

I feel safe using a product made in the USA after the scare with the dog treats made in China. These are a natural alternative. My dogs love the chicken and the duck treats!

Great product. My dogs absolutely love these treats and just flip out whenever I grab the bag and I don't have to worry about them choking like with rawhide treats. It's also great for their hips and joints.

I have no clue how these taste, but my German Shepherd is crazy in love with them. 'Xena' seems to be much improved in the hips area also. She had trouble with stairs and jumping in general, but is pretty much back to puppy-status after a few months of eating these.
I have to take Xena's word for it, these things work.
