Pen with plastic floor February 23, 2008
Overall this is a nice product. The assembly is very easy and it is quite stylish. The light wood frame and black wire are a handsome combination. I feel very confident for my Cairn Terrier's safety leaving him in this pen every day while I am at work. The gate is extremely secure and my overall rating for this product is four stars.
The only disadvantage is that upon delivery, the box it was packed in was broken and completely open on one end. Although none of the parts were missing, the tray unlike the rest of the product is very poorly made and composed of a flimsy/cheap plastic material that upon delivery was cracked and broken in many places. I tried to order a replacement tray; but was unsuccessful in finding one because of the dimensions of this item and the manufacturer does not offer any replacement parts. Also please note that although the assembly is easy, the directions are only printed in Chinese.
