Product Description The telescoping design is the secret to making this ramp so easy to use - just slide it out to use and slide it in to stow.No clumsy folding and unfolding required. It is infinitely adjustable from 39 to 72 inches. Use it fully extended for SUVs, pickups, grooming table, etc. Shorten the ramp when space is limited or when the upper surface isnt as high, such as a bed, couch, or minivan.A unique, wavy walking surface with non-slip tread gives pets a sure footing, especially on steep climbs. This model is super lightweight at 13 lbs and it supports over 400 lbs with no bending! Its combination aluminum and plastic design make it the lightest strongest pet ramp on the market. Its also more compact, making it easier to use and store. The ramp also includes a convenient carry handle and safety release latch to prevent accidental opening. The ultra stiff design utilizes four rubber feet to keep the ramp stable while in use. Measures 39-72 x 17 x 4 inches.

disappointing but functional November 30, 2008 The ramp works just fine but the no-skid covering put on top of the ramp is cheap and tears very easily. My golden scratched, and ripped it immediately with his nails.
Telescoping pet ramp November 26, 2008 The pet ramp is really great. My [...]lab runs up the ramp into my truck with great ease. We also take it in the boat with us, to load her in and out of the boat. It takes a lot of stress away from her hips by not having to jump in or out of the truck. Thankyou for such a great product. Have told all my friends who have dogs about it and they also have purchased this ramp.
So far so good! August 30, 2008 Just purchased and happy with what we got. Our boys, two 75 lbs./6 mos. English Mastiffs are adjusting well to walking up and down with supervision. Love the light-weight of our ramp and it fits great in our suv. Hopefully, as the boys get larger and heavier the ramp will continue to meet our needs. Very happy with this purchase.
Great Pet Ramp August 26, 2008 We purchased this ramp several months ago and glad we did. I recommend this for any family that has a canine family member that has problems with getting up in cars or furniture. Our Little Guy (large Cocker Spaniel)has a bad knee and unable to jump up on the bed. I bought his ramp and it only took him a day or two to master climbing up on it. It has good traction so he does no slip.
carpet samples made all the difference August 13, 2008 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
My 12 year old, 90 pound male golden retriever is using the ramp easily after 4 days of training with treats. What made all the difference was to use 4 13x17 inch carpet samples on the extended ramp because he was spooked by the sandpaper-like finish. The carpet samples are exactly the right width for the ramp. As for the problems people experienced, i.e., sharp edges and poor design of the plastic slide stops, I have not experienced these. Granted, the workmanship isn't great, but it does the job for my dog. I bought the ramp at my local bricks and mortar PetSmart store because I wanted to be able to return it easily if it was damaged or my dog just wouldn't use it (sorry Amazon). BTW, I can easily handle it by myself and I'm a 5 foot, 125 pound, mid-60's female.
