My only complaint is that the directions are unclear and very limited. A call to the customer service number provided in the literature resulted in the following comment from them: "Ma'am, we are not dog groomers. You would have to ask a professional dog groomer how to use this tool."br /After much trial and error, I have it figured out now. My formerly skittish dogs sit perfectly still as the tool hums and whirls and shortens and shapes their nails. I highly recommend it....if you can figure out how to use it on your own.
