Customer Reviews: Terrific for all ages   March 6, 2008 All my cats love the dancer. They started playing with it at about a year old, still love it at 3, and the two 8 year olds have fun with it, too. However, they don't play with it when it's just mounted on a wall; I have to wave it around for them. But when I do wave it around, they go nuts. The little cardboard bits on the end eventually get chewed off and the wire eventually gets a bit crooked, but at $3.50 a pop (at my local pet store), I don't mind replacing it every 4 or 5 months. The Best Cat Toy   February 28, 2008 I have bought my cat many elaborate toys, but only this piece of wire with cardboard attached to the ends can drive him crazy.br /br /Be sure to buy a few of these at once, because cats tend to chew the cardboard off. I didn't want to put the mounting paw on the wall (permanent adhesive), but luckily it fit perfectly into the top of our scratching post. My kitten goes crazy for it! When I first brought it home, she played with it until she stretched out on the floor in exhaustion, and then she tried to play some more. Who would have thought that three feet of wire and a few rolls of paper could be such a great toy? My young kitty loves this toy so much, that the first day we got it my daughter played with him forever. I am goig to tell you somehting that a person who owns cats is going to find hard to believe. "My kitty stopped playing with the toy only from exhaustion. He was actually PANTING". In all my life I have never seen a kitty pant from play. This toy is more than what it looks. When you read the description you will think it must be a hoax. I am here to tell you that my kitty will play with it if no one has the other end. It will literally make your cat DANCE on his hind legs. And with a little practice you will be seeing your younger cats flipping in the air. I have bought two cat friends of mine the same toy and they are amazed at it also. Get it as soon as you can. Buy two while your at it, you'll need them.
