It survived! February 15, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
My 10 mo. old black lab has killed every other toy we've given him. After a month, the zisc still doesn't have a scratch, nick or tear. This despite the fact that he likes to fold it in half to carry it. He's had a half dozen other frisbees and none have stood up as well as the zisc.
As close to indestructible as it gets !! December 29, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
They say no dog toy is indestructible, but this one is as close as it gets. We bought the Zogoflex flying disc over a year ago for our Labradoodle when she was a puppy. She is a frisbee playing maniac and we have gone through at least 40 other dog frisbees (all of which were completely destroyed in no time); the Zogoflex is the sole survivor, it is still completely in tact showing very little wear and tear. And in addition, it is sturdier than those cheap dog frisbees and controls much better in flight on those windy days. It's expensive per unit compared to those other dog frisbees, but when I consider having spent around $120 for those 40 other frisbees, this one is cheap by comparison.
Surprisingly durable July 17, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Our dog loves this. It doesn't look especially sturdy since it is made from a thin, flexible rubber-like material. But our dog has played with it for over a month and not made even a scratch in it. She's a constant chewer who is extremely tough on dog toys and this one has proven itself.
