Great product ridiculous directions April 20, 2008
Picked the cage up from the terminal yesterday.
The Teamsters and the Carrier company would only bring it to the end of the truck and I would have to figure out how to get 367 lbs off the truck with no help from the driver (against union regulations) and go from there.
Instead I borrowed a pickup truck and went to the terminal and they loaded it in the bed of the pickup with their forklift which was the way to go.
The cage is well made, and we are delighted with that but the directions are of virtually no help.
You get one sheet that looks like it has been photocopied about 155 times, and after a while we just discarded them and used logic to put it together.
Took about an hour
There is no excuse when you are paying this much for an item for the directions to be this poor.
How expensive would it be to do it right???
It would take 15 minutes and you only have to do it once!!
But as you see I still give the product 4 stars as it is just what we wanted and the cockatoo loves it
