You can't go wrong with a durable, basic nylon collar. This one has stainless steel buckle and d-ring (for attaching leash). Measure pet's neck snugly, then add 2" - 3" to determine length. Small width is 3/8? for collars in 8?, 10?, and 12? lengths. Medium width is 5/8? for collars in 14?, 16?, 18?, and 20? lengths. Large width is 1? for collars 22? or more in length.
