My mom and I priced cages of this size with stands offered by dozens of websites, and this one is by far the best value. Unlike the other reviewer, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the cage. Her single canary has plenty of flight room, especially since the swing is out of the way when hung from the "arch" at the top. I'm sure the cage could easily accommodate another bird, or a much larger bird. Though we worried the stand would be wobbly on my mom's thick carpet, it is quite sturdy and safe. The perches were a bit large in diameter for a canary (maybe 3/4 inch?) but we purchased a 3/8" dowel for 79 cents and made our own. The sliding doors above the food dishes are very handy. The large main door makes it easy to work inside the cage. The removable bottom grid is nice for those of us whose birds don't often visit the cage bottom; opting to remove it makes clean-up much easier. The sliding plastic tray at the bottom works nicely. The shape of the cage is quite beautiful and looks like a more expensive model. We were surprised at the substantial weight and strength of the wire. We highly recommend this cage.

The only complaint that I have with this product is that the picture is a bit misleading. I should have paid closer attention to the measurements instead of the picture. With that said, even thought the cage was a lot smaller than picture, it is a great cage for 1 or maybe 2 small birds. The cage is very easy to put together and is very sturdy. The price is also great for a cage of this size because you can pay a lot more for a cage like this in a pet store and not even get the stand with it. If you have 2 parotkeets or 2 smaller birds, this is a nice cage.
