the right tool for the job... January 30, 2008 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I understand Goldengate's view on this scoop. If you have a rectalgular litter box and just want to plow through your scoopable litter, then buy a cheap plastic scoop and have at it. In my case, I have 3 Boda dome 'igloo' boxes. Ever try to scoop out a round litter box with a square scoop? Good luck with that. The round blade on this thing may be shallow, and may take a long time to clean out a box, but I'm no longer tearing the liner out of the litter box the first time I scoop it. For my set up, this is 'the right tool for the job'. Boda should encourage pet stores sell these right next to their 'igloos'.
Might as well just buy a spatula! October 29, 2007 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
WOW was I disappointed with this product... it's like a shallow small slotted spatula. Way too shallow to really scoop effectively. I love the litter that this company makes, but this is clearly a kitchen accessory that has been "re-purposed."
Strongly suggest you keep looking...I wish I had....
