 Great clippers for the price! September 7, 2008
These clippers are perfect for "do-it-yourselfers". We have two Maltese & they cut thru like butter & the different settings are really easy to use around their little faces & sensitive areas. Plus, they don't get hot & are relatively quiet if you have skiddish pets. Plus, they are cordless. Wonderful product!
 Not worth the money August 17, 2008
I loved this trimmer the first time I used it, but when I tried to groom my pet again the blade would not cut the hair. I spent too much money on this for a one time use. When I contacted the company they told me these were disposable blade and gave me information on where to get a new blade. I recommend you try a more known brand.
EXCELLENT CLIPPER June 22, 2008
I researched many products, searching for the right clippers for our Pom. These clippers are perfect, even for the amateur. It makes Pippi's cut look as tho it was done by a professional. I don't think we could have found a better product.
Excellent trimmer for cats March 24, 2008

My cat actually purred when I used this trimmer on her. It's relatively quiet enough to not scare her. I started by turning it on and let her sniff it; that was enough for her to trust it. The various combs are great for trimming areas where longer hair is needed and for other areas where the hair needs to be shorter. One battery was enough to trim my entire cat. Charging them for the first time takes awhile, but after that, charging goes much quicker. The six internal blades are easy to adjust quickly while you're using it and were safe enough to use without the combs, so that you can trim even closer. I highly recommend this trimmer to anyone with pets because it was easy, quiet, and safe to use. My cat actually gets excited when she sees me get it out because she enjoys the attention and the feel of the trimmer.

I've been using the Speed Feed for two years now and virtually have no need for my Laube Lazors (the chainsaw) anymore. The description says that it is a trimmer but it will cut through a matted cocker like you would not believe. Mine does slow down sometimes due to what I think is bad contact with the batteries (you can clean the contacts with a pencil eraser). I haven't cleaned mine lately, I must do that. Other than that, this professional trimmer is a BEST BUY! I absolutely love mine. Please do not waste money on the "home" pet clippers with the cute DVD and scissors, etc., they just do not have the power needed for what most people want to do. Also, please do not think human hair clippers will work...THEY WILL NOT. Dog hair is completely different. Once again purchase these and you will save time & lots of money. The blades are a little pricey but they can be sharpened several times by a professional. I'm actually thinking about buying another one. Cheaper than buying extra batteries separately, plus I get another clipper! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE IT. If you need info. on dog grooming just read the posts at www.groomers.net and you will find just about everything you need to do it yourself!
