Though the crate does require some assembly, it does not take longer than 15 minutes to put the crate together. Once together, it seems to hold together, even when my dog is desperately trying to escape. The metal bars ensure that even the most tenacious dog can't chew through them.
Considering it's price--I think this crate is great! I have another crate that I bought that was nearly twice the price, but the functionality is all the same.

This crate is sturdy and easy to put together. I shopped around at many retailers and this was the best price I found. I am very happy with it.

The box came with too many parts (extra walls and sticks) and the instructions were not as clear. I guess you cant expect much for only $30. After assemble its great size.

We have had our crate for almost a couple of years and are extremely pleased with it. It has taken a beating because we use it both at home and traveling with our precious Westies. The crate has stood up to the "hard knocks" very well. We also found it to be a reasonably priced, particularly based on the quality it has provided to us.
