Editorial Reviews:

Product Description
This shower attachment features an 8' hose that is easy to handle and a convenient on/off sprayer. It twists on most faucets and outdoor spigots with no awkward assemblies. Will not in.Blow off in. the faucet.

3 out of 5 stars Kind'a flimsy   July 6, 2008
The product was shipped right away from the supplier and I was happy about that. However, I was hoping that this pet shower was just a little better built. The fittings that attach to the faucet are fine as well as the hose, but the shower head itself is really not much to rave about. I like the idea of a lever or grip to control the water (something I particularly searched for), but there isn't much of a spray, just water running through a bunch of holes. Makes a dog with a thick coat of fur difficult to rinse. I've seen better heads after searching some more, albeit quite a bit more expensive. Also, if it attached to the faucet as shown, why do you need 5-6 feet of hose. It only gets in the way. Considering that a shower that attaches to a faucet and has a grip or lever to control the flow of water is hard to find, this will have to do for awhile.

3 out of 5 stars Sturdy product - but makes for sore thumbs   May 21, 2008

We've had this sprayer installed in our utility sink for a number of years. The sprayer has held up remarkably well - no leaks, still flexible hose - every feature still works well.

The only reason we wouldn't rate this 5-star is that there is no spray once your grip is off the the side spray button. It takes a firm grip to hold in the button, and if you have even a small long-haired pet, your thumbs will be aching in the last half of your pet's bath!

Wish we could recommend a different product that remedies this issue, but the only sprayer we could find with a "hold spray on" feature works off a shower head faucet, not a sink faucet (hello? sink faucet discrimination? :) ).

Still great product for the money. Your pet will be more relaxed with a shower feature, and make for a happy, more efficient bath!

4 out of 5 stars Dog Shower   May 8, 2008
Exactly wht I wanted except it is hard to attach to standard faucet. A quick connect would help.

5 out of 5 stars Excellent product   April 19, 2008

This sprayer works very well and is easy to use. Best thing I have purchased in a long time. Can be used indoors or outdoors. Excellent price. If purchased in pet store, similar products were double the price. Can not find these types of sprayers in hardware stores anywhere. Would recommend to anyone.

5 out of 5 stars Complete control.   March 20, 2008
This is exactly as advertised. Water pressure won't blow it off the faucet, you control the water with your thumb (on/off), longer hose length, and your pet is more relaxed because you are. Test the temperature each time you thumb it on before running it on your pet. In the time you wet him down, release your thumb (off), then suds him, water may be hotter or cooler. Thumb it on and test to the side of the sink till it equalizes again. This was a replacement for one I bought over ten years ago. Costs a little more than a push-on, continuous-flow type, but it lasts ten times longer, and does a fabulous job!
