 No variety for jerk cats February 16, 2008
My cat is a jerk and will only eat the ocean whitefish, so this variety pack was a waste of money for me. Certainly not the fault of Amazon or the makers of the product. Anyone want a jerk cat? Oh, yes, he bites.

Our 18-year-old cat Chelsea has become very particular about the flavor and texture of her food, although her 18.5-year-old mother still has eclectic tastes. As it turns out, Chelsea refuses to more than sniff anything less than these Fancy Feast soft foods, and wants no more than the gravy that comes with it unless we insist she clean it up. I think her mother actually does the cleaning.
But, the delivered price of the food from Amazon is a little higher than the price available in our neighborhood supermarket. So, we buy from Amazon only for convenience.

For better or worse cats love FANCY FEAST and this Variety Pack is the best one offered because it includes 8 cans of three flavores, including Ocean Whitefish & Tuna, which all cats go bananas for.
I tried saving money by giving my kitties store brands, but in reality they're just a waste of money. Cats will not consistently eat them. Instead they often leave them on the floor and walk away in a huff -- only to return a few minute later screaming and demanding better food.
Though this brand is not cheap at all, the fact is this amazon price is exactly $1 cheaper than the grocery story which makes this a very good buy.
The other two flavors, Salmon and Cod Sole & Shrimp are also kitty favorites though for whatever reason nothing is as appealing to a cat as Ocean Whitefish & Tuna. I swear to you it's like the crack of cat foods.

These Fancy Feast Variety Packs, which contain twenty-four cans, always ensure that you have a good supply of cat food on hand. I also do not have to waste my time stacking individual cans. I always have a box of this one, the Gourmet Variety Pack, which is fish and seafood based, on hand. It contains eight cans of each of ground ocean whitefish and tuna, salmon and cod, as well as sole and shrimp.
I also always have on hand the Fancy Feast Sliced Variety Pack, which contains eight cans each of beef, chicken hearts and livers, and turkey. In addition, I also have a box of the Fancy Feast Grilled Variety Pack on hand, at all times, which contains eight cans each of grilled beef, turkey, and chicken, each in their own savory sauce. My cat, Mamushka, loves them all.
