THIS IS A VERY HANDY ITEM, THE ONLY THING IS THAT THE DOOR DOESN'T CLOSE BY ITSELF ALL THE TIME. I HAVE 2 SMALL DOGS THAT USE THIS, AND THEY LOVE IT. THEY WERE AFRAID OF IT AT FIRST, BUT I OFFERED FOOD FOR THEM TO COME INSIDE, AND NOW THEY ARE PROS AT USING IT.
