I really liked this for walking my 70-lb Golden Retriever but the retraction spring only lasted a year. The cord just would not retract after awhile.
He pulls but not excessively so. I'm shopping for a new one and am going to try a different product.

Great cushioned handle. Bought it to replace the one I had for over 8 years (standard model)! Hope this one lasts as long.

Bought 2 of these and love 'em. I think we got the 16 footers and do wish we went longer but thats not the product's fault! Very comfortable in the hand and the flat tape material moves smoothly into the holder. High quality for sure

Our boy dog loves the "freedom" he feels when we use the Flexi Soft Grip Comfort 3 Retractable Tape Leash. It's retracting motion is very quiet, doesn't make the click clack whirl noises our other retractable leash makes. Only problem with our order was the first item we received was the 'cord' not 'tape' style leash but EntirelyPets was very good at correcting the order.
