I ordered one of these dog tags fr my new puppy. i got the medium round one and the first one that came, I was unhappy with. On the order form it says satisfaction guaranteed so I sent it back with a note saying what I was unhappy with and they quickly made a new one with the requested changes. Its a bit weird that you mail in everything and it says DONT CALL US but they do actually get back to you through the mail. I recommend this product though.

The tags are a nice size and included the information that I requested to be put on the ids. They are large enough to read the information on them. I would purchase this product again in the future and I do recommend this product.

The tags I received fit my Boxers very well, they look neat on their collars. So now I don't worry that they'll be missing without identification.

We got the large round metal tags for our two dogs. The engraving is very easy to read and deeply embedded in the metal. The last time we got tags, (another brand) the engraving wasn't very deep; and wore off quickly. This will not be a problem with these!
Our major concern was having enough information on the tags to help someone find us if the dogs got lost. I had to call KV Vet Supply to ask this question - there are up to five lines with 20 characters per line - plenty of space for all our information. You are sent a post card which you fill out and send in. The tags are then sent to you; they came promptly.
My only knock is the lack of product information listed about the tags (as I searched the net for other tags, this was a chronic problem).
