It is great safety at night and makes the dog visisbile from a block or more. Also, it gets him A LOT OF ATTENTION. Recommend the blue for fashion. Don't recommend any 'white' in lights as it seems to be a distraction to the dog (compared with the other colors) Fashionable Safety   November 12, 2007  2 out of 2 found this review helpful These blinking lights are compact and fun. They come in a variety of colors and a convenient clip to snap onto your dog's collar. I added all my dog tags to the same clip so I can transfer it to what ever my dog is wearing. The only down side is most collar's only have one loop -- to attach the leash. This makes the light a bit less visible than if it was hanging freely from the bottom.
