Simply roll the litter box to the right until the top touches the floor, and then roll it back to the upright position. The unit's internal mechanism deposits the clumped waste into the pullout waste tray for easy disposal. The system works only with clumping litter, and the waste tray separates clumped waste from clean litter, so clean litter is never thrown away. The litter box makes it easy to provide the cat not only with a clean litter box, but also with privacy due to the covered pan design.  Works for me! August 27, 2008
Keep in mind:
1) It's pretty intuitive, just follow the instructions diligently
2) Clean it out every day.... it's just a matter of rolling it over and emptying the tray - 1 minute tops for two cat boxes. Now that I'm "forced" to do it, my house smells alot better.
3) Use clumping litter... none of that cheap stuff :)
4) Give it time. It took my cats a while to get used to it. They thought something was "hiding" behind the grate. Include lots of praise when they finally use it.
5) Fill it back with a few scoops of litter once every couple of days. This keeps enough space between the cats and the bottom of the box. The more space you have, the less likely the stuff will stick to the bottom - even though I've never had a problem with it.

Such a simple design and yet so effective! I tumble the box twice a day for two large cats, in the morning and evening. Both had no problem adjusting to the new box. Scooping is a thing of the past... finally!
I suggest using "Fresh Step Premium Scoopable Clumping Cat Litter", as it will last a very long time in this box.
Easily 5 stars - one of the best $40 I've spent.
 Wonderful Litter Box August 23, 2008
Omega Paw, has saved my life, or at least my allergic reactions, you never smell it, it is dustless and the cats love it. I have three cats, and they love it. In fact I have recommended one for every cat lover in the family.
 this box has some problems even with proper use August 21, 2008
Concept is great, and yes this is relatively easy to use. However, after 8 months of use I see that:
1. litter is wasted unless you roll it, pull out the drawer, and dump it back a few times 2. it is more effective to use a poop scoop because some small stuff is not removed, and 3. the usable space in the large size is only about 12" X 15"
