Cichlid Flake Food March 24, 2007
Let me start by saying I have been a tropical fish hobbyist for over 30 years. I have used many different kinds of dried fish foods and this is one of the better products I have found. My fish can live on this product along and no other types of foods. That in itself should tell you the ingredients are good. It doesn't ever cloud the water even if over feeding occurs and all fish accept eating it. I highly recommend this paticular flake food.
