I'm one of those people who can't kill anything so I was always having to find something to catch insects in order to throw them back outside. This product is perfect! I can catch any bug, spider or insect, slide the little trap door closed to prevent their escape and then safely place them outside. No squish marks on the walls from a flyswatter, etc. I love this product and I'm planning to purchase another one. Bug catcher review   December 26, 2006  3 out of 3 found this review helpful I have pet Praying Mantis's and am always having to catch crickets that escape. I had squished a few not knowing what part of the cup they were in before. Now that we got the Bug Catcher we no longer have injured or squished crickets. The thing is clear and has a nice switch on the botton to make the door close once you ensurew your bug is in the receptacle. It's great! It even helps catch pesky spiders or moths that get in the house.
