Wish I got this sooner! July 18, 2008 It's awesome. Easy to use with clear instructions. I use it in my turtle's aquarium and it was SUCH a hassle to haul that bucket back and forth. If you're hesitating on getting this, DONT, it's worth every penny.
Huge Timesaver March 10, 2008 Cleaning my 55 gallon used to be a cumbersome task. Fortunately I live in an apartment and didn't have to lug the trash can I used to siphon into very far. Then phase two was refilling using a 2 gallon bucket. No fun there. The whole process would take over an hour. NOT ANY MORE!! My wife bought this for me and in just over 30 minutes I gave my gravel a thorough cleaning and refilled my tank. I can't say enough how much I love this product.
Great Product, Cheap Construction May 22, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The Python does everything it says that it will do and does it well. Unfortunately the connections are made of cheap plastic and will crack and break if you even slightly over-tighten them.

I really like this product. It is so easy to use! I used to hate cleaning my aquariums, this is so simple, I really don't mind cleaning them now!
A helpful tool January 14, 2007 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I bought this as a replacement for another No Spill Clean and Fill that I purchased in 2002. The hose had split because of a kink in the hose that resulted from storage. The negative about this product is that it is very difficult to store. After awhile, no matter how much you unravel the hose, it will kink and be extremely difficult to roll back up. Still, the hose lasted 4 years, which makes it a decent investment.
In terms of water changes, it really depends on the size of your tanks. I have a 50 gallon, and it helps to use the Python for large water changes. *Frequent* water changes, which are supposed to increase as a result of using this product (according to Python themselves), aren't really that frequent because like I said above, it's a pain to unroll and roll back up. I would say that for anything less than 50 gallons, it's probably easier to bring out the bucket and siphon.
Overall, this is a good product. I just wish there was an easier way to store the thing.
