The harness does not stop the pulling, but at least it put an end to the embarrassing choking noises. My dog does not mind wearing the harness, as it is very soft and comfortable. To top it off, I think it is quite stylish. I am completely happy with my purchase. I would recommend this harness to others who have a small dog. Either they wear out quickly or don't stand up to being washed, or both. The Puppia harness is durable, does not choke, easy to put on and take off and my dogs are perfectly happy to keep it on for a few hours if needed. They do not try to chew it like they have some others.br /I highly recommend this harness.
