 my dog goes CRAZY for this toy September 16, 2008
Since my (Lucy) dog's mouth is too small for a tennis ball this is small and soft enough for her.
I use a tennis racket and hit the egg, it squeeks when it hits the
ground and drives her crazy. She really gets a work out.
Best for outdoors because it makes a noise.

 Not strong enough November 24, 2007
We have a tough time finding toys that our dog can't chew through. The best we've ever found was a latex ball (vinyl toys never work) that made it about 6 months. I hoped that this toy, because it is latex, would last longer, but it only took about 1 day for her to chew through it.

I feel foolish buying this. Sure my dog likes this egg and plays with it, but I figure in the future if I'm going to give my dog a toy...it will be an old towel or the box of tissues that he loves to tear up. I mean, my dog plays with the torn off flaps of card board boxes, and sticks and tennis balls. That stuff is pretty much free.

This is my dog's ALL TIME favorite toy! Very durable. But when the squeeker in it finally failed, my dog was very unhappy. When I found it at Amazon, I bought 5, just in case! These will last forever.
My dog is so attached to this toy we use it for training. He will do anything for it, and get it right!
