Not worth it... March 24, 2008 Mine stopped working after about a month. It's currently with the distributor for repair...not sure I'll ever get it back. Produces little mist. Save your $$.
Great Product! March 11, 2008 This product is exactly what they sell. It's quiet, lasts all night on low, and provides clean fresh air. Breathing is great at night and I recommend it highly.
Perfect for my office February 24, 2008 I work in a cubicle workplace in a dry environment and during the winter I need a humidifier. This little guy is perfect. The tank holds a little less than a quart and if I set in on low, it lasts about 9 hours. I have access to water that has been put through a reverse osmosis system. If I use that instead of tap water, then there is no pesky film on everything from the cool, ultrasonically produced mist. I set it on the desk behind my chair and I stay perfectly humidified all day. There are no moving parts and all the surfaces are smooth plastic. I just wipe it off every few weeks with a sponge and it stays like new.
Simple Humidifier February 22, 2008 This is a pretty small humidifier which is pretty cool. It fits anywhere. There are no filters and it's very easy to clean up. This humidifier is for smaller rooms. If you plan on using this in a big room then you need to look for something bigger and more expensive. The blue light is pretty cool. You can use it as a night light or a simple light when you need to get up in the middle of the night. It is also pretty quiet. So far (2 weeks) this has worked pretty good. However, there are some cons.
To start, there are blue lights above the buttons which are VERY annoying at night. They are pointless. I'm going to put black tape over them. The fan that blows the mist out could have been just a little big stronger. The price of this little gem is the reason I gave it only three stars. For $40 dollars I feel this is a little overpriced.
Overall i'm pretty happy with my purchase.
Really small and broke after a month February 21, 2008 This humidifier is actually quite small (the photos might make you think it's bigger than it really is). Furthermore, the construction is flimsy and the unit stopped working quietly after a few weeks. Now it's practically unusable since the motor noise has gotten excessively loud. Not recommended... and the blue lights are cheesy anyway!
