Customer Reviews:

5 out of 5 stars It's made out of Fish!   July 19, 2008
The ingredients are ocean fish, fish broth, vegetable oil, guar gum, sodium nitrite, and supplements.
That's all! No fillers, byproducts or wheat gluten. No flavors or colors added. It's fish. It looks like pieces of fish in a little bit of goo. I have been reading cat food cans recently because my cat was sick and needed to eat more. There is an astonishing variety of garbage being canned up for kitties.
And, while we are on the subject of cat food, among the small print on pet food it says something about AAFCO. It will either say "Animal feeding tests..." or "Formulated according to...". The first means they actually fed it to animals and it met all nutritional needs. The second means it works on paper.
I like the one where they fed it to animals and it worked before they suggested I feed it to my cat.
