My family really likes the dishes I make with them. We use them as part of a gluten free diet for my daughters. The pasta does not get mushy like some rice pastas. It would probably be good for pasta salads, too, but I've not tried that yet. Mrs. Leepers corn rotelli and other corn pastas are uniformly excellent. The corn rotelli's texture is terrific --unlike many gluten-free pastas that are "gluey". For taste, texture, and price, this gluten-free product is first rate!
