Easy and filling August 28, 2008
My kids love this product.Sometimes it is the one thing I can get them to eat in the morning.If we are running late they can drink it on the way. I like them too.
Great way for delicious "smoothies" or malt shakes July 31, 2008
We use these for both a healthy breakfast and afternoon treats. My wife had lost a lot of weight after cancer surgury and a nurse suggested these as a way to gain back the weight. One of these mixes plus some added milk and ice cream and fruit mixed in a blender produces a delightful shake or malt (add malt powder to the flavors that don't already contain it).
It's easy and very, very good. I really recommend the product for these applications.

I have been having an Instant Breakfast every weekday morning for 6 years (since returning to school to complete my graduate degree) - when made with soy milk (which is high in protein), a single serving lets me get a good nutritious start to my day, and helps hold off my appetite for several hours. The variety pack reduces the monotony of having the same darn breakfast everyday. Also, for those watching sugar/carbs, the sugar free version does not blend well - you have to use more milk and it still is kind of clumpy.

I have been giving this to my daughter since she was about 14 months old. There were times when she didn't want anything but milk. Her doctor recommended I give her the Instant Breakfast, and I was so relieved she loved it. She started asking for it. Now, she eats pretty well. But there are still those times when she doesn't eat breakfast like she should. And, I'll give her the instant breakfast. I like the fact that there are no lumps when mixing. And, the flavors are great. I like them myself.

This is great for when I don't have time to eat. Sometimes my blood sugar gets low(type 2 diabetes)and that helps. I'm on blood thinners, too, and it has a lot of vitamins I need. Beside, I can never settle on a favorite flavor. They're all so good.
