It would not take a charge, and I was getting "null" on the display. Soon after 2 more died.br /br /These are the worse rechargable batteries I've ever used. Save your moneybr /1 buck per pack would be too much. After many days of "refreshing" the battery in my La Crosse BC-900 charger I ended up with the following: br /br /1634 Milli ampsbr /1795br /1701 br /2001br /1769br /1781br /1754br /1549br /br /So two of the cells are below spec.br /br /Earlier I had purchase some 2700 milliamp batteries from Sanyo, on Amazon, for about 12.99 per four. All of them were within spec.br /br /I'm glad I didn't pay a penny more than 4.99 for four.br /br /br /br /br / Leaky Batteries   January 17, 2007 Of 12 batteries I purchased, 2 of them were leaking in the box. I would rate these higher except that I also purchased 20 AAAs and 12 of them were leaky. I imagine I was just lucky that only 2 of this size leaked. Take the fact that most of these batteries will be bad when you compare prices. I paid $4.99/4-pack which is a good price as long as more than half of them survive (whick may not be very likely).
