Customer Reviews: Excllent pet food storage   October 31, 2008 The Gamma Vittles Vault is perfect for storing a 20lb bag of dog food. Easy to manage lid and came with a scoop inside. Very attractive with the paw prints on the container. I would definitely recommend this product and the price was terrific. Excellent solution   March 1, 2008 I liked this Vault so much that I just purchased two larger ones to store bird seed. I'm a stickler for fresh food for my dogs, and this airtight container does the job. The top is easy to spin and the seal seems excellent. The wide mouth allows you to comfortably scoop food pellets with out spillage. Mine holds an 18 pound sack of dry food with room to spare, and I've starting tucking a bag of dog treats in there too to keep them fresh as well.br /br /I've recommended this product to others for pet food bird seed, or any other product one wants to remain fresh and dry. MUCH BETTER THAN THE CONTAINER I HAD BEFORE   October 22, 2007 I used to keep my cat and dog food in a plastic rubbermaid storage container...during the summer I would get ants and the rubbermaid container was too big...it was one of those under bed ones because of the layout of my pantry. This thing fit in perfectly, holds a lot more food and seals tight...no more ants. My only problem is that it is a bit expensive for a plastic container....but it works perfectly and the lid spins on and off easily. Now it's out of sight and out of mind, until it's time to feed the animals.
