PhytoPlan is a concentrated blend of several varieties of phytoplankton. The spray dried intact cells aren't live, but when re-hydrated they are a microencapsulated source of color-enhancing beta carotene and astaxanthin pigments, vitamins, amino acids, and essential fatty acids. High in DHA. Ideal food for filter feeding invertebrates, such as soft and stony corals, anemones, feather duster worms, clams, sponges, and tunicates. Also recommended for enhancing the nutritional value of marine fish foods. Dosage: Approximately 1/4 teaspoon (spoon provided) per 30 gallons daily. Directions: For filter feeders, add the daily dosage to 1/2 liter of water and mix well before dosing into the aquarium. To enrich the nutritional value of dried foods, soak them briefly in a mix of 1/4 teaspoon of PhytoPlan with two tablespoons of water. Keep out of reach of children. For aquarium use only. Not for use with fish or other animals raised for human consumption. Keep the bottle tightly closed and refrigerate after opening. Made in the USA.
