A must have if you have the litter box August 28, 2008
My cats seem to think that my using the bathroom is their cue to use the bathroom as well. While potty bonding is nice, I don't necessarily want to watch them try to pinch one off while I'm trying to do the same. Litter Box Hood to the rescue! It doesn't seem to keep much litter actually IN the box, but my cats also think they are members of the "A Chorus Line" cast when it comes to burying their business. And it's purple. Who doesn't love purple!

The litter box works well, is durable and is easy to clean. My 2 cats started using it immediately with no problems and even ran to it to watch it rake up the poop. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because the description said for a 2 cat household you can clean it out in every 2 weeks, when it really needs to be cleaned every week. Also the crystals get everywhere like with every other litter box.

Hood fits perfectly, works perfectly, and stops our cat from kicking litter out of the sides. Love this litter box kit!
