It still works but it needs a little persuasion to get it to run. We decided to get a new one for Christmas. The oven works great! BUT, after a week we noticed that the inside finish is cracking and peeling. We had to go back to using the old one.br /Amazon will replace the oven or refund the purchase price, and even pay for the return shipping. Very good customer service from Amazon. As for noise complaint I didn't find it to much different than my old microwave. Only bad part about stainless steel is that you see all the fingerprints everywhere. Really liked the speedy service.
