Product Description
Staywell tunnel extension adds 1 7/8" to the self-framing capacity of all 300, 400 and 500 series Staywell cat flap pet doors. As many extensions as are needed are glued by the consumer (plastic glue not included) to previous extensions to allow installation in thicker spaces especially walls. The number 310 is white frame, 330 is woodgrain (brown) and 350 is grey.

Get 3 tunnel sections if you're putting a cat door into a wall with exterior siding November 27, 2007

Great for extending the space between the interior and exterior parts of a cat door. Though I was told 2 sections would work, you'll actually need 3 if you're going through drywall, studs, osb and vinyl siding. If you cut out the siding you could get away with two. I don't want the edging around the door though.
