 Another Kong toy not for my dog March 20, 2008
My small dog had parts of the covering on this toy chewed off within 15 minutes. Very disappointed. Sent it back for credit.
 A different kind of exercise October 26, 2007
Yeah, it's a ball toy.... But owning a Whippet sighthound and knowing she covers land with speed and agility, the Kong football is much more appropriate for her than a tennis ball, Kong dumbbell toys or other standard ball-like toys. With weird bounces and of course the squeak - my dog loves playing with these. I much prefer them as well because throwing a football is more fun (for me) than throwing a tennis ball.

Our beagle loves either the squeaky or the non-squeaky version of this toy, both of which are available on amazon. She favors the squeaky one, though. She will chase it around and play with it with or without human companions. The erratic bounce is a nice change from regular tennis balls, too. Every time our girl puts a paw on this thing, it slips and goes bouncing around again. We've had fun just watching her have a go at it!
Her favorite toy ! February 19, 2007
I have a small terrier and she just loves this ball. The oval shape allows her to get it in her mouth and squeak it and that is exactly what she does !! I have gotten her 2 more to have in reserve as she looks for this ball every day. It is very tough and she has not destroyed it.
