Great Product September 8, 2008 I love it. It keeps the bugs out of my pets food and keep the food fresh.
BEWARE OF HEALTH ISSUES! November 15, 2007 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
First let me say that this is a great product as far as design and for storing dog food. I have 3 dogs all different breeds, ages, and sizes. I ahev been storing their food in these containers for about 6 months. I noticed that one of my dogs had a white spot on his nose. I was not concerned at first. I figured it would go away in time. It did not. It got worse. (Sometimes they can scratch their nose and an area will turn white and go away in time) It got worse. Then the new puppy that we have had for about a month got a spot too! It started out just like the other ones. Just a faint little white spot. (THEY BOTH HAVE SOLID BLACK NOSES) Long story short, After going to the vet and ruling out everything else, the spots only occured after I was storing their food in these bins. Theybr /have something to do with the chemicals in the plastic. My third dog did not have any discoloration in his nose. My vet said that some dogs are more sinsitive than others. SO...... The vet said that the discoloration does not have any long term health problems, but is definatly not omething to ignore. I am still going to use this product but I will place the actual paper bag inside instead of dumping out the food into the container. I can not say 100% that the reason is this but I can with 99.9%. Search google if you are curious about what I say. I will update if it goes away after I place actual dog food bag in container. br /Sorry for the long review!
Dog Food Storage Bin July 31, 2007 Love this bin! Seals very nicely and is easily moved with the four br /rollers. Holds a very large bag of dog food.
Wonderful Product June 28, 2007 This is very handy for keeping my dogs' food. I have three dogs and they are each on a different kind of food right now. (Puppy Chow, Little Bites, and Dog Chow) I have two of these and they are very convienient. They fit under my wall mounted breakfast bar and roll in and out very easily when it is feeding time. WONDERFUL PRODUCT!
great for more than pet food December 27, 2006 I ordered these after I didn't see them anymore at Walmart. They are great because they store alot of stuff - i have fabric, cat litter, my niece's stuff for when she comes to visit - and save space because it's upright and the casters make it even more; you can store them somewhere and just move them around as needed.br /br /great, and pretty much worth the money! br /br /watch the shipping-one arrived broken up and i don't know why they wanted me to return it-a waste of my time. i didn't and now they want to charge me something i couldn't (nor could anyone else) use.br /
