I bought this dress for $18.00 in a mall kiosk- boy I wish I had seen it here first!!! I bought it in xs for my 4 lb. chihuahua- it is the prettiest dress she owns- everyone loves it and so does she. This is the dress she always pulls out of her basket and brings it to us to put on! So adorable!
