When you reach your destination, just unbuckle the seatbelt, attach a leash, and your pet is ready to go. Durable vest harness with nylon web straps is lined with cushiony fleece. Thoughtful design is quick and easy to put on your dog. Seatbelt simply slips through harness--no complicated buckles or straps. Directions Place upper strap (with silver d-ring) around pet's neck. Place two lower straps (with black buckles) around pet's chest and under front legs. Adjust upper and lower straps to fit comfortably and fasten buckles on both sides. Attach leash to silver d-ring. For car seat use, enter car seatbelt through nylon loop located on the upper strap, and fasten.Made in Taiwan.

This harness looked like exactly what we wanted, however, the small size was far too small for our dog. We tried the medium. That turned out to be far too large. Even though the harness is adjustable there is a rather large gap between sizes.

This product Safety Seat Vest Harness - Small is very desirable. Unfortunately, it is incorrectly advertised because it comes in many sizes, and the criterion for choosing the size is WRONG. We have returned the product, which is too small for our dog, and hope the vendor sends the correct size to us based on the specifications we sent the vendor. The loss is shipping expense and time.
The manufacturer says the small size is for dogs weighing between 15 and 30 pounds. Our dog weighs 22 pounds, and the rear straps for the small size are about five inches too short.

I have been using this harness for over a year now and it's great. A lot of other car harness' out there buckle into a seatbelt-- but it's just a strap hooked into the seatbelt receiver. This harness is put on the dog and then the full seatbelt is fed through a loop & plugged into the seatbelt receiver. This allows for a safer ride because the dog doesn't have as much roaming ability. Still enough movement for the dog to sit, lay down, and sniff out the window. Four paws gets five stars!
