Heavy-gauge plastic receptacles for the LitterMaid Self-Cleaning Litter Boxes. These sealable receptacles collect waste and seal it inside, virtually eliminating odors. Just dispose and replace as needed. Installation and Removal Procedures Important: You will need one waste receptacle and one lid for each installation. To Install Waste Receptacle Insert Waste Receptacle into disposal area of the unit. Be sure that the two notched corners on the bottom of the Waste Receptacle rests on the horizontal posts of the unit. Slip the edge of the Waste Receptacle underneath the ridged tabs of the unit, making sure it snaps in place securely.To Install Lid Lift the waste compartment cover and position the Waste Receptacle lid with its two round fasteners extending downward. Insert the two raised areas into the two round openings in the Waste Receptacle compartment cover. Push each raised area of the lid into its corresponding opening. Close cover.To Remove Waste Receptacle Depress the two raised areas extending through the openings in the compartment cover. Detach the Waste Receptacle lid from the cover of the Waste Receptacle compartment. Lift the compartment cover, exposing the closed Waste Receptacle assembly. Pull the Waste Receptacle compartment cover edge free from the tabs holding it in place and lift out. To dispose of the Waste Receptacle compartment cover, press in on the four corners of the lid to secure lid to the Waste Receptacle and dispose.Avoid contact with any waste m
