I've had this door for a few years. Easy to install. My single complaint is the flap has only a 1-year warranty, and I've had to replace it at about 15-months. The constant flexing at the hinge point causes the flap to tear away.br /br /However, I have 3 dogs... so perhaps mine gets more "flexing" that those with 1 or 2 dogs, and I live in a dry climate... may contribute to the plastic hinge drying out and losing flexibility.br /br /
