The best invention in the history of dog ownership! February 13, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I have two dogs who have become increasingly naughty: barking, getting into the cat food, jumping on furniture, digging in garbage, etc. It took about 5 minutes to program the two collars, and they are now on my dogs. I haven't even used the shock setting yet on my Bassett Hound, (who is accustomed to a boundary shock collar)--I used just the warning tone, and she responded immediately. I know this is one of those items I am going to say about, "I WISH I had done this YEARS ago!"
problem with product and warranty September 5, 2006 2 out of 4 found this review helpful
When we got home from the second time using the product, the buckle fell off. This makes me very worried that the product will fall off and not be available for use. But I have found no other product to use. It seems like it will work for me, if I get to use it. So I called for replacement part, 1 year warranty, right? 6-7 months old, and they advised me that IF I did not buy from a authorized dealer, there is NO warranty. How is that? Anyway, ordered the $19 parts and we'll see if this gets us back on track or if we develop further problems. Also need the longer prod.
