Frontline has long been my choice for flea control. Easy to apply, long lasting, and very efficient. Now that summer is here my cats spend more time investigating dragonflies. With new construction going on around me, sand is plentiful, yet fleas are no where to be seen. Well worth the money over the normal generic stuff at Petsmart and large pet care facilites.

My kitties are inside most of the time. They go outside for about two hours a day. Frontline works ok. Around day 20 the cats start to scratch and bite a litle. My house and yard have been treated for fleas, ticks, ants, basically every creepy crawly critter. The scratching stops with reapplication. But you can only apply every 30 days. So far no ticks or fleas.
Good luck getting it on them. As soon as they see it come out of the cabinet, they hide behind the couch. They usually horsetail around after I put "the stinky" on them.

I bought a 3 month supply to use as a "trial" size. I just didn't want to get stuck paying lots of cash for a 6 month supply and it not work. Turns out I only needed 1 of the 3 packets of treatment. That's all it took! The fleas were gone in a matter of days. Very impressed with this product and would recommend it to others. This will be my choice of flea treatment year after year for now on.
